The Teens Church is an extension of the Foursquare Church ( Grace Cathedral ). The church is created for young ones within the age bracket of 13 to 19 years . Its established with the purpose of raising young pacesetters through worship, teachings and trainings on issues relevant to their generation with the in depth revelation of the word of God.
FOURSQUARE TEENS MINISTRY (FTM)
This is the Teenagers’ ministry arm of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria. There is usually a chapter at every level of the church from National , District, Zonal and Local level . The FTM has its executive headed by a President appointed by the Senior Pastor at the various levels. The responsibility of the Arm is to assist the Senior pastor to coordinate the Men of the Church and also to support in the project vision of the church.
The regular programmes of the FGC Olaniyi (Grace Cathedral) Teen’s Ministry are :
- Monthly fellowship on every 2nd Sunday of the month
- Monthly prayer meeting on every 2nd Sunday of the month
- Annual impartation get-together tagged‘The Issachar Generation (TIG) ’every Quarter
- Annual National Teen’s week (HI WEEK) in July
- Annual National Teen’s Convention in August
- Annual Family picnic in conjunction with other arms during church family month in August.
- Annual Pastors’ shower in December to appreciate the Church Pastors
The FTM is expected to partner with the Church to achieve every collective vision of the organization in General and the Senior Pastor in particular. It’s membership is open to all teenagers from 13yrs to 19yrs.
